I tried to bring back a soul into something that previously only had a material value. This project is very much about investigating material value of "things". I used items that were of material value, such as jewellery, gold watches, couture dresses and silver, antique Chinese art. In most of the pieces, the value of the objects shines through the pink chiffon. Just about recognisable. One person asked me "are you sure you want to put that gold watch into an art work?"
